Andres Jimenez joined The Pinjuh Law Firm, LLC in 2023 and currently serves as a Law Clerk. Mr. Jimenez is fluent in Spanish and provides interpretation/translation, as needed. Mr. Jimenez received his Master of Laws (LLM) in U.S. and Global Studies from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio in 2022 and his Degree in Law from Universidad Iberoamericana de Leon, Mexico, 2021.
Prior to joining The Pinjuh Law Firm, Mr. Jimenez worked part-time for nearly one year in 2022 at the Circulation Desk of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Library, Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to coming to the U.S. as a student, he served as an Administrative Assistant at Robles Leon Business and Personal Consulting in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico from 2018 to 2021. Mr. Jimenez has always been interested and involved in programs focused on the development of the welfare of the neediest, and in activities that help provide basic education for the youth of rural communities. From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Jimenez volunteered as an instructor in Youth programs focused on supporting and educating young people on necessities, as well as performing social services in rural communities of scarce resources. From 2020 to 2021, Mr. Jimenez developed and taught an educational course for Centro Comunitario Iyolosiwa León AC, focusing on children between 5 and 12 years old from poor neighborhoods with a high level of criminal activity in the city of Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. Mr. Jimenez also helped with legal advice on civil, urban development, and administrative issues for these communities.
In his role as Law Clark, Mr. Jimenez works directly with clients in terms of scheduling, contracts, and communications. He prepares initial draft of briefs and other filing documents; proofreads business plans, affidavits and other legal documents; prepares and updates template documents; and works on other ad hoc projects, including organizing filling documents.
