Biography

Ms. Tang currently serves as a Senior Paralegal with The Pinjuh Law Firm, LLC. Highly experienced in the immigration field, Ms. Tang has worked under the supervision of both large firm practices and solo practitioners for more than a decade and is capable of case analysis and building strong cases under the direction of the attorney. With expertise in waivers of inadmissibility (212(i) and 212(h) waivers), Provisional Unlawful Presence waivers, I-212 waivers, I-751 and I-751 waivers, family-based visa petitions and AOS packages, naturalization, VAWA self-petitions, consular processing, and deportation cases (including asylum, cancelation of removal, stay of deportation or removal with ICE, etc.), Ms. Tang has contributed to winning every waiver case in which she was involved.

Ms. Tang is also an experienced translator and interpreter (Mandarin/English), who as an Adjunct Instructor taught Introduction into Legal Terminology and the Judiciary System of Professional Diploma in Legal Interpreting (Mandarin/English) in New York University in 2017. In her free-time, Ms. Tang is an author, who writes short fiction stories in Chinese, for which she has won multiple prizes.
